Patient Testimonial

"I came to see Nicky regarding some bad knee pain I'd been suffering both on and off of my bicycle.
I'd never been to see a physio before so was a little nervous, but Nicky has a great manner and helped me to feel very relaxed right away.
Over the next couple of appointments, my knees began to cause me less and less pain and I gained more confidence in them.
Nicky also gave me extra exercises and reps to perform on my knees before and after riding which have helped a great deal too.

I'm now riding better than ever, mostly due to having no worries about my knees!"
